Radiohead Streaming.

So guess what I did yesterday?! It wasn't really anything exciting but I saw Radiohead on Coachella youtube stream yesterday night! Since it was at 11pm California time, I had to see it at 1 am Austin time which kind of sucked. But that's okay. The setlist was pretty awesome and I took a few screenshots of the show. Here are some of them:
Radiohead's setlist was pretty cool: 1. Bloom 2. 15 Step 3. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 4. Morning Mr. Magpie 5. Staircase 6. The Gloaming 7. Pyramid Song 8. The Daily Mail 9. Myxomatosis 10. Karma Police 11. Identikit 12. Lotus Flower 13. There There 14. Bodysnatchers 15. Idioteque --- 16. Lucky 17. Reckoner 18. After The Gold Rush (Neil Young cover snippet) into Everything in Its Right Place --- 19.. Give Up the Ghost 20. Paranoid Android. So it was basically another show. The setlist is about the same they've been using n their last shows.
I loved it! But anyway, did anyone else watched this yesterday? Or have you guys been watching any other Coachella streaming shows?

a friday in bed.

I write to you from my bed. It's friday and I am sick. How lucky am I? Let me answer that for you, I am not. Today I woke up around 8 am to go to school. The moment I got up I noticed my head hurt and started having a coughing attack. And so I smiled to myself, and went back to bed. That is how sick I was feeling. You get that? I smiled to myself because of how bad I was feeling, now that's sick haha.
So today I will be spending my friday drinking hot tea, taking halls every half hour, and working on some homework or blogging a bit wrapped in some covers on my bed. And then before going to bed I'll take some nyquil, because that shit's just too strong to take it during the day ha. I have two tests next week anyway, so the sickness couldn't have gotten here at a better time right? But it must better be gone by Monday!
Those two picture up there is about how my desk looks right now. I am not showing you the big picture because I don't want you to see all the used kleenex... believe, it's a mess. Also, I am thinking of getting a Twitter for the blog. What do you think? Do you guys use twitter a lot for your blog?

Architecture is getting a hold of me.. and I love it.

So this is my fourth semester in college but my second semester taking architecture classes (design, history, etc.) and I have to say I am loving it. I am designing a house for my design class, which of course I will show you later. And I've been reading the most amazing books ever in my architecture&society class (which I am also going to talk about later). They are about lighting, color, textures, forces, and just everything that revolves around the architectural process. Ah, how I am gonna miss that class. I actually look forward to reading the books my professor assigns! How cool is that? So I am just too happy doing what I do!
Anyway, here are some really beautiful and popular building we've been looking at lately. I just need to share them! These are some of my favorites,
St. Ignatius Chapel - University of Seattle, Washington - Steven Holl 1998

Jewish Museum - Berlin, Germany - Daniel Libeskind 1999

Farnsworth House - Plano, IL - Mies van der Rohe 1945

Sydney Opera House - Jorn Utzon 1957-1973

Guggenheim Museum - Bilbao, Spain - Frank Gehry 1997

I hope you liked them! Google some more pictures so you can all see the inside of each of one of these extraordinary buildings!
